Electricity

IPART determines the maximum prices charged for regulated electricity services provided by TRUenergy (formerly EnergyAustralia) and Origin Energy (formerly Country Energy and Integral Energy) in New South Wales. We also make recommendations to the Minister for Resources and Energy on the granting, variation, cancellation and conditions of retail and distribution network supplier licences, and we monitor and enforce licence compliance.
