The Guideline specifies the pricing information that a energy retail supplier is required to publish, provide in writing to any person on request, and provide to IPART to improve price transparency for customers and to enable the establishment and ongoing operation of a price comparison service. These measures will allow small retail customers to access current pricing information and more effectively participate in the NSW contestable retail energy market.
