Review of Sydney Catchment Authority's Operating Licence and Prices from 1 July 2012

IPART is reviewing Sydney Catchment Authority’s current operating licence. In this review we will consider whether to maintain the terms of the licence, or to amend these terms to improve operational efficiency and regulation. At the same time, we are reviewing the prices Sydney Catchment Authority charges Sydney Water and some Councils. The new charges will apply from 1 July 2012. IPART will examine the Authority’s functions, regulatory requirements and the revenue needed to support these activities in an efficient and effective manner.
