DNSP Distribution Network Service Provider, a person who engages in the activity of owning, controlling, or operating a distribution network, as defined in the National Electricity Code
DORC Depreciated Optimised Replacement Cost, a calculation based on the gross replacement cost of modern equivalent network assets, adjusted for over-design, over-capacity and redundant assets, less an appropriate allowance for depreciation. It measures the minimum cost of replicating the network system in the most efficient way possible, given its service requirements and the age of the existing assets

DUOS Distribution Use of System: a service provided to a distribution network user for use of the distribution network for the conveyance of electricity that can be reasonably allocated on a locational and/or voltage basis

NUOS charges are broken into Transmission Use of System charges (TUOS) and Distribution Use of System charges (DUOS)
