At any time the NSW Premier may ask IPART to examine issues of importance to the State. For example, at the Premier's request, IPART is currently reviewing the regulatory framework for setting of rates and charges for Local Government services in NSW.  IPART also recently completed a review of Climate Change Mitigation measures.
