Rural & Regional Buses

IPART determines maximum fares for rural and regional buses under Section 28J of the Passenger Transport Act. IPART will make its next determination in December 2009, for fare changes in January 2010.

IPART will hold a public hearing on 11 November 2009 at our offices. An agenda for the hearing will be available in early November. If you would like to attend the hearing please let us know in advance on (02) 9290 8435.
