IPART determines fares for Sydney Ferries services under section 11 of the IPART Act.
In 2007 IPART deferred consideration of fares for Sydney ferries until the NSW Government responded to the report of the Special Commission of Inquiry into Sydney Ferries Corporation (the Walker Inquiry).
IPART expects to commence its next review in 2010. Details of the review will be posted on the website once they are finalised.
