Access Undertaking

An access undertaking is a document which sets out the service providers arrangements for the provision of access to it's infrastructure services. The service provider must lodge a copy of the access undertaking with IPART for IPART's approval.

An access undertaking may be approved over a service that is the subject of a coverage declaration, in which case the coverage declaration will have no effect over that service.
