In line with the advice from the Commonwealth and NSW Chief Medical Officers, IPART has moved to remote working wherever possible to reduce the risks of infection and help slow the spread of COVID-19. While we have had no confirmed cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus, we have decided it's in our staff's and the community's best interests that we stay away from our office.
Contingency planning has enabled our staff to continue working on current reviews and regulatory activities, and we can be contacted using regular telephone and email contact details.
As of 23 March 2020, most staff are working from home and have made arrangements to meet with stakeholders online or via telephone rather than face to face.
We are working hard to maintain business as usual but we will be in contact with stakeholders if there are any changes to our work or timetables. Please contact us if there are particular challenges for you engaging with us through this period.
IPART exists to protect the ongoing interests of the people of NSW. As such, public health is our priority and we are committed to doing what we can to reduce risk while continuing our work.
