Pecuniary interests register for current Tribunal members

as at 25 August 2016

This register records any disclosures made by current Tribunal members under schedule 2, clause 6 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992 (NSW):

“If:

(a) a member has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter being considered or about to be considered at a meeting of the Tribunal, and

(b) the interest appears to raise a conflict with the proper performance of the member’s duties in relation to the consideration of the matter, 

the member must, as soon as possible after the relevant facts have come to the member’s knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at a meeting of the Tribunal”.

There are no pecuniary interest disclosures of current Tribunal members.

The register of pecuniary interest disclosures of former Tribunal members is available for inspection on request.
