Making a submission on a 2019-20 special variation application

Applications from councils for special variations for 2019-20 are due on 11 February 2019.  Once received they will be placed on the IPART website.  

Ratepayers and other stakeholders can have their say by lodging a submission to IPART.  IPART will be accepting submissions from 11 February 2019 until 14 March 2019.  Any comment received from ratepayers prior to 11 February cannot be treated as a submission.  All submissions will be published on the IPART website unless marked confidential.

IPART will accept submissions using the electronic submission facility. Links to council applications will become available on our website here from 11 February 2019. 

Stakeholders can also provide a submission by email from 11 February 2019 at localgovernment@ipart.nsw.gov.au or by post to:
