Under the Biofuels Act 2007 (NSW), IPART is required to determine, and periodically review, a ‘reasonable wholesale price’ for ethanol for use in the production of petrol-ethanol blends such as E10.  The documents below set out our determined wholesale prices and how we have calculated these prices.
