The Minister has granted Rosehill Network Pty Ltd’s a varied network operator’s licence (number 09_002). The varied licence retains the original licence scope of the Rosehill network and extends the scope to include the Fairfield advanced water treatment plant (AWTP).
Under the WIC Act IPART has a role to monitor and report on licensees’ compliance with conditions of their Licences.
