The Tribunal is required to assess Hunter Water Corporation’s performance as part of the annual audit of its Operating Licence. Copies of the Licence are available online at www.hunterwater.com.au, from Hunter Water Corporation Offices or by phoning 1300 657 657. Submissions are invited from interested parties on any matter relating to the Operating Licence including water quality, water service interruptions, sewerage surcharges, water pressure, customer service and environmental matters. Submissions should be made in writing to the address below by Thursday 2 October 2003.
