The Tribunal regulates the prices of bulk water extracted from regulated rivers, unregulated rivers and groundwater sources. The Tribunal has undertaken a review of prices to take effect from August 2006. This draft determination and report outlines water issues which the Tribunal has considered in its review of maximum prices for State Water and DNR. Submissions on the draft determination and report close on Wednesday 21 June 2006. A public hearing will be held in Sydney on Friday 30 June 2006.
