This issues paper has been developed to encourage and assist interested parties in making submissions to IPART's review of the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation's (WAMC) bulk water prices. IPART's determination will set WAMC's prices for its water management services to apply from 1 July 2010. While WAMC is the legal entity responsible for water management in NSW, the Department of Water and Energy (DWE) has been undertaking water management activities and levying charges on behalf of WAMC. A submission from DWE is required by 11 September 2009. Submissions from other stakeholders and interested parties are due by 23 October 2009.
