We have prepared an Addendum to the Draft Report which provides:
- Operating expenditure and capital expenditure data for the user share of costs, by activity, at both the aggregate and valley level. This information is provided for the 2021 determination period (average allowance over the period), and the (draft) 3-year 2026 determination period.
- Input values and calculations for the ICD rebates by valley.
The Addendum is in response to requests from several stakeholders during the November 2025 workshops (and at the April 2026 Public Hearing) for more information on operating expenditure and capital expenditure broken down by valley.
At the April 2026 Public Hearing some stakeholders also requested more information regarding the calculation of the ICD rebates by valley.
We are currently consulting on the draft decisions and the information in this Addendum to the Draft Report is subject to change in the Final Report.
