IPART sets the maximum prices that Central Coast Council can charge its customers for water, wastewater and related services from 1 July 2026.
Central Coast Council submitted its pricing proposal in September 2025, and IPART released its Issues Paper on 21 October 2025.
During October and November 2025 we sought feedback on Central Coast Council’s pricing proposal and our Issues Paper and encouraged customers and the community to make submissions to the review and to complete our survey. We also held an online public hearing for the review on 20 November 2025 as an opportunity for all stakeholders to speak directly to Central Coast Council and the Tribunal.
