On Tuesday 21 July 2026 we held a public hearing as part of our consultation process for our review of ELNO service fees. This followed release of our Draft Report on 3 July 2026.
The public hearing provided an opportunity for PEXA and all stakeholders to have their say on the draft recommendations and questions in our Draft Report.

Over 110 people attended the hearing (excluding IPART staff), and we thank all stakeholders for attending and sharing their views with the Tribunal.
We are inviting all stakeholders to provide further feedback by making a submission via our website by 14 August.
We are considering what we have heard in the hearing, and will consider all submissions, as we work towards finalising our recommendations and the Final Report by 30 September 2026.
