We seek your feedback on draft revised Terms of Reference for CRG

The Council Reference Group (CRG) is a consultative forum that plays an important role in informing the Tribunal about issues related to the rate peg and its methodology.

The current CRG Terms of Reference (ToR) was drafted in 2024, on the basis that the CRG would operate for at least 2 years and be reviewed following that period.

IPART considers that the input from the CRG has been valuable and proposes to continue the CRG on an ongoing basis.

To reflect this, IPART has prepared a draft revised ToR. We invite your feedback on the draft revised ToR, including on any other matters that you consider should be covered.

You can provide your feedback by completing a submission formuntil 11:59pm Friday 6 March 2026.

IPART will consider all feedback before finalising the ToR for CRG.
