We are seeking public and stakeholder feedback on our updated IPART Compliance and Enforcement Policy.
The update is to ensure that the policy:
- continues to effectively support IPART's regulatory objectives and aligns with its current regulatory approach
- is a useful reference point for internal and external stakeholders
- reflects current NSW government regulatory policy and regulatory best practice
- is easy to understand and accessible
- Promotes consistency in approach to enforcement across the agency; and
- Enhances confidence and trust in IPART as a fair and respected regulator.
The Compliance and Enforcement Policy apply to entities that IPART regulates.
