The NSW Government has asked IPART to perform the role of the Expert Advisory Panel to assess how council proposals meet the Fit for the Future criteria.
Session B was our workshop on improving performance and accountability. We asked community participants about what topics and indicators they would like CCC Water to report on to improve transparency and better hold it to account.
Session A was a discussion about key outcomes of our Draft Report. There were presentations from IPART and representatives of Central Coast community organisations, followed by a question and answer session.
This consultation paper is a key step in the process of reviewing fees charged by councils and other consent authorities for development control services. Chapters 1-3 outline the current arrangements and provide an overview of submissions.
