IPART released its final report and determinations on the prices that Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council can charge for water, sewerage and stormwater services for the four yearscommencing 1 July 2009.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales (the Tribunal) has completed its 2002 review of metropolitan water businesses.

For this determination, the Tribunal has conducted an extensive public consultative process, reviewed all written submissions and held public hearings.
