Session B was our workshop on improving performance and accountability. We asked community participants about what topics and indicators they would like CCC Water to report on to improve transparency and better hold it to account.
Session A was a discussion about key outcomes of our Draft Report. There were presentations from IPART and representatives of Central Coast community organisations, followed by a question and answer session.
In developing our approach to this review, one of the issues we will need to consider is an appropriate rate of return or return on capital for a number of energy-related businesses.
In 2008 IPART conducted a survey of residential water, electricity and gas consumers in the Gosford City Council area, Wyong Shire Council area and the area served by Hunter Water Corporation.
