The NSW Government is seeking advice from the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) on how the new Local Land Services (LLS) boards should price their services. IPART will not be determining actual charges.
In keeping with commitments made in 1994 by the Council of Australian Governments (CoAG), the NSW Government is introducing competition into the supply of natural gas.
