The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW (IPART) has required amendments to AGL Gas Networks’ (AGLGN) proposal that reduce regulated revenue by around 7 per cent.
IPART has increased the maximum price that can be charges by Gosford and Wyong Councils for water and wastewater services. The higher prices will apply from 1 July 2005.
