The Minister for Transport and Infrastructure has referred to IPART the task of determining appropriate maximum fares for classes of opal fares from 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2019.
IPART recommends maximum fares for regular private ferry services in New South Wales under Section 9 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act. IPART will release it findings at the end of 2016.
