IPART has received a referral to determine appropriate maximum fares for Opal public transport services until 30 June 2028.
The Minister for Transport and Infrastructure has referred to IPART the task of determining appropriate maximum fares for classes of opal fares from 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2019.
The draft determination is the legal instrument for our draft Opal fares pricing decisions for 2020-2024.
