The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is conducting a major review of public transport fares in Sydney and surrounding areas. This Methodology Paper focuses on how we are proposing to determine fares.
IPART recommends maximum fares for selected private ferry services in New South Wales under Section 9 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act. IPART also determines maximum fares for the Stockton ferry under Section 11 of this act.
