Subsequent to the release of Determination 5.2, 1997, the distributors raised some concerns about the price levels that had been determined. This led the Tribunal to commission an independent review.
The Tribunal engaged Frontier Economics to provide supplementary advice on changes to the NEM wholesale electricity prices that occurred after the Tribunal released its draft determination in April 2007 and this report sets out Frontier Economics’
Country Energy provided a revised load forecast to the Tribunal, but it was not received in sufficient time to include in the Tribunal’s draft determination.
