In accordance with Section 31 of the Sydney Water Act, 1994 (NSW), the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales has completed the audit of Sydney Water’s compliance for 2014 -2015.
This is the legal instrument for the draft decisions relating to the maximum prices that WaterNSW can charge for providing rural bulk water services from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
