In accordance with Section 31 of the Sydney Water Act, 1994 (NSW), the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales has completed the audit of Sydney Water’s compliance for 2014 -2015.
The draft operating licence outlines the proposed terms and conditions that we may recommend to the Minister for Lands and Water to be included in the Hunter Water’s new operating licence.
In accordance with Section 18B of the Hunter Water Act 1991 (NSW), IPART has completed the audit of Hunter Water’s compliance with the requirements of its 2012-2017 Operating Licence.
Major changes from the existing Hunter Water operating licence are shown in blue text, and major deletions are shown in strike-through text. Changes to the customer contract are not shown.
The Tribunal is required to report to the Minister by 31 October each year on licence compliance. The report is publicly released after being tabled in Parliament.
