This Discussion Paper outlines IPART’s proposed approach to setting prices for wholesale water and sewerage services for Sydney Water and Hunter Water.

This Issues Paper seeks comment on the prices that Hunter Water can charge for providing water, sewerage, stormwater, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services, to apply from 1 July 2013.

This Issues Paper sets out key issues for our review of the maximum prices that WaterNSW can charge for providing rural bulk water services.

In this review IPART will determine Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council’s charges for water, sewerage, stormwater, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services to apply from 1 July 2013.

IPART is undertaking a 5-year review of Hunter Water’s operating licence. We have released an Issues Paper as the first step of the review process.
