Advice provided to Murray Darling Basin Authority about participation in IPART's pricing reviews,

NSW Office of Water has requested that the Tribunal consider deferring the review by 12 months. This is currently being considered and IPART’s response will be posted on this website when it is available.

Further to our discussions earlier this week, we have conducted a thorough review of public documentation to further support the cost of equity as submitted in the Sydney Desalination Plant Pty Ltd (SDP) 2012 pricing determination submission.
