In accordance with Section 31 of the Sydney Water Act, 1994 (NSW), the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales has completed the audit of Sydney Water’s compliance with the requirements of its 2010-2015 Operating Licence.
IPART undertakes an annual audit of Hunter Water’s compliance with its operating licence. The 2020 audit is the third audit under the 2017-2022 operating licence.
