IPART invites submissions from interested parties to the Issues Paper for the End of Term Review of Sydney Water Operating Licence 2010 -2015 by no later than 20 August 2014.
The Tribunal is required to report to the Minister by 31 October each year on licence compliance by water network and retail suppliers. The report is publicly released after being tabled in Parliament.
