The Guidelines for Water Agency Pricing Submissions has been developed to assist a water agency in preparing a submission to a pricing review.

Pricing regulation of State Water’s monopoly services in the Murray-Darling Basin valleys will transfer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) from 1 July 2014.

IPART Submission to the EPA review of Sydney Water Corporation's environmental protection licences - May 2015

In accordance with Section 30 of the State Water Corporations Act 2004 (NSW), IPART has completed the audit of State Water Corporation’s compliance with the requirements of its 2008-2013 Operating Licence.

IPART has provided a submission to the Department of Finance and Services’ Discussion Paper; Review of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 and regulatory arrangements for water recycling under the Local Government Act 1993.

In accordance with Section 18B of the Hunter Water Act 1991 (NSW), IPART has completed the audit of Hunter Water’s compliance with the requirements of its 2012-2017 Operating Licence.

Successful applicants are required to execute the Technical Services and Water Licensing Audit Panel Agreement (the Panel Agreement) prior to appointment to the Panel. The Panel Agreement is the contract between IPART and a Panel member.
