PricewaterhouseCoopers and Halcrow Pacific Pty Ltd. were engaged by IPART to undertake a review of the efficiency of the NSW Office of Water's actual and forecast water resource management costs for 2006 -07 to 2014 -15.
IPART has carefully considered the need for an additional public hearing as part of its review of prices for Hunter Water Corporation. On balance, IPART has decided not to hold another public hearing.
