DP24In June 1996, the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) determined the price path for charges by Sydney Water Corporation (SWC) and Hunter Water Corporation (HWC) for water, sewerage and drainage services for the four year period

IPART is reviewing Sydney Catchment Authority's prices for Sydney Water, 3 local councils and other small customers from 1 July 2012.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is responsible for setting the rate peg each year. For 2013/14, we have set the rate peg at 3.4%.
