Determination and Final Report

This report outlines and explains IPART's determination of the prices that the Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) can charge Sydney Water and its other customers for providing water from Sydney's dams.

NOW's submission was received on 4 December 2009. Therefore, IPART has re-started the review of WAMC's prices. IPART's Final Determination and Report is now scheduled for release in late September 2010.
