This Discussion Paper outlines IPART’s proposed approach to setting prices for wholesale water and sewerage services for Sydney Water and Hunter Water.
The Government has requested that the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal investigate and report on a maximum price for wholesale ethanol in accordance with this Draft Terms of Reference
IPART recommends maximum fares for regular private ferry services in New South Wales under Section 9 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act. IPART will release it findings at the end of 2016.
