This Discussion Paper outlines IPART’s proposed approach to setting prices for wholesale water and sewerage services for Sydney Water and Hunter Water.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (the Tribunal) has a dual role in regulating Government owned water agencies in NSW. The Tribunal determines the maximum prices charged by the agencies for their services.
