Terms of Reference

IPART recommends maximum fares for regular private ferry services in New South Wales under Section 9 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act. IPART will release it findings at the end of 2016.

In March 1996, the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal handed down Determinations Nos. 2.1 and 2.2 of 1996 on electricity prices.
