Following consultation on the draft Terms of Reference, we recommended some changes to the Premier and we have now received the final Terms of Reference for the review.
IPART recommends maximum fares for regular private ferry services in New South Wales under Section 9 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act. IPART will release it findings at the end of 2016.
