This document sets out preliminary views of Sydney Water’s access undertaking for its water network services. The undertaking is high quality. However we have some concerns. Appendix B lists recommended amendments. Submissions are welcomed.
The Minister for Resources and Energy has requested that IPART undertake a review and make a new determination for regulated electricity retail prices from 1 July 2013 until 30 June 2016.
The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) has set the rate peg for 2013/14 at 3.4%. The rate peg determines the maximum allowable percentage increase in general income for most local councils in NSW.
