This draft report and draft determination sets out and explains our draft decisions on changes in regulated electricity retail prices from 1 July 2012.

This cost benefit analysis considers the costs and benefits of each proposed change to State Water’s operating licence. In general, the draft operating licence has been prepared in accordance with the findings of the cost benefit analysis.
