IPART's Draft Report on the prices for Sydney Water Corporation released 16 March 2012

IPART has released for comment its draft decisions on the maximum prices that Sydney Catchment Authority can charge Sydney Water, 3 local councils and other small customers.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Regulation 2012 (2012 Regulation) replaces the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Regulation 2007 on its repeal.

IPART is inviting stakeholders to comment on the draft recommendations for the rural water charging systems review.
