Outlines issues relevant to the Tribunal’s review of pricing arrangements for recycled water services and sewer mining.

Pricing regulation of State Water’s monopoly services in the Murray-Darling Basin valleys will transfer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) from 1 July 2014.

This Issues Paper seeks comment on the prices that Essential Energy can charge for providing water, sewerage, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services, to apply from 1 July 2014.
