IPART is responsible for regulating retail gas prices for around 28% of residential and small business customers in NSW.

The Tribunal has issued this distribution pricing determination and report under the National Electricity Code. This is the second determination it has made under the Code.

This final report sets out our final decisions on regulated retail electricity prices in NSW from 1 July 2013, and explains how we reached those decisions.
