This presentation sets out IPART’s decisions on the maximum prices Hunter Water can charge, and the impacts on customers and other stakeholders.

This pricing model sets out the approach, input values and calculations we used in our decisions for 2020-21 period. Although we did not update charges in 2020-21, we present what charges would have been if they were updated.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Regulation 2012 (2012 Regulation) replaces the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Regulation 2007 on its repeal.
